The Nashville Rooms, always referred to as "The Nashville", was the site of frequent, often weekly Soft Boys shows for most of their career - February 1977 to January 1980.
Photo Per Jim Melton:
"The Nashville was a very popular pub rock and punk venue in the second half of the 70s. It was officially the Nashville Rooms but it was always shortened to the Nashville.
Lots of up and coming bands played there. My last ever Soft Boys gig was there in July 1979. It was Andy Metcalfe's last SBs gig too."
Much later, the same building was known as the
Famous Three Kings, not to be confused with the
Three Kings in Clerkenwell.
