From lifein8bit1982 on Instagram. Check out their photos tooThe third time I've seen Robyn, but the first time with a band, as he was joined by Kim and Lee's band after a brief acoustic set to start. What a fantastic gig this was, Robyn was on typically humorous form with his ad-libbed surrealist segues which sandwiched songs such as "I Often Dream Of Trains", "Airscape" and the closing track (which is still in my head) "Brenda's Iron Sledge" Robyn also hinted that the next time he's in town he may well be playing again at the Transport Museum, which last time was so uniquely brilliant it'd be so good to see him there again. :-)

Another great show. An acoustic & full-band set containing a typically uplifting, whimsical and eclectic set, interspersed with the usual psychedelic banter. Ably supported by Kim & Lee, as support and backing band. Kimberley Rew is an ex-Soft Boy and was in Katrina & the Waves, and writer of Walking on Sunshine and The Bangles' Going Down to Liverpool.
