This I believe was previously called The Pier and incorporated Ted Potter’s Music Bar downstairs . After The Buccaneer it then became The Royal Escape, then the Escape Club, then Audio and is now Patterns. Back in its Buccaneer days, this venue was one of the top punk hangouts in town during the second half of the 1970’s.
