This appears to be an installment of the 'On The Edge' show recorded by Westwood One Radio Network and distributed to their stations across the country to play. Exact recording date and location are unknown. Per Wikipedia, Westwood One was based in New York City at the time. However, a broadsheet distributed with the 1993 "On the Edge" CD gives an address in Culver City, California.
