the Orange Cone

served in a Pint glass - English style

step 1. over a glass full of ice add:
juice from 1/2 orange, 1 lemon and 1 lime (add the rind if you want)
4-6 shots tequila
2-3 shots triple sec
1 shot Cointreau
fill with orange juice.

step 2. Shake


step 3. Shake the glass

step 4. Drink and laugh - A LOT.

Agony of Pleasure

Method:

  1. Put Sambuca into shot glass (3/4 of glass)
  2. Add Baileys (slowly, so that it stays on top)
  3. Top with Cointreau
  4. Light with match
  5. The drink sort of erupts and looks like an opal
  6. Blow out the fire and drink (don't let it burn too long or you'll burn your lips on the glass.  Hence, "agony")

Comments:

Egyptian Banana Cream

• 30ml Malibu (Light Coconut Rum)

• 15ml Banana Liqueur
• Dash of Grenadine, or Raspberry Lemonade
• Thickened Cream
• Crushed Ice

Method:

• Add it all together and shake it all about.

• Top with marshmallows, and guzzle.


Tanter's Tam o' Shanter (Artichoke dip):

2 cans artichoke hearts, cut up a bunch of parmesean cheese (a cup or so) enough mayonaise to mix it into a nice paste (I use Hellman's Light, about 3/4 cup)

mix it all up, heat in 350 degree oven for 20 mins. serve with french bread. YUM!

Balloon Man Falafel

Tomatoes, hummus, chick-peas and some strips of skin*, with
falafel balls in a pita. Add some tahini or hot sauce to taste.

* Meat of your choice.  I'd use veggie bacon or something.
Substitute real bacon if you'd like.  (Or go for lamb, etc)
